We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring initiatives for a growing organization. This long-term contract position follows a hybrid schedule, with three days onsite and two days remote each week. This individual will lead recruitment efforts from initial intake through offer stage while building strong talent pipelines and partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.
Job Responsibility
Lead full-cycle recruitment across assigned openings, guiding each search from kickoff discussions through candidate selection and offer preparation
Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles by identifying, attracting, and nurturing prospective candidates
Use LinkedIn and other sourcing channels to connect with talent and map relevant competitors, industries, and candidate markets
Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, align on priorities, and maintain momentum throughout the selection process
Present well-matched candidates by evaluating experience, capabilities, and fit against business objectives
Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and feedback collection to ensure a smooth and consistent hiring experience
Monitor recruiting workflow, ensure compliance with internal approval processes, and keep searches moving efficiently
Maintain accurate recruiting activity and pipeline updates in Workday while sharing progress reports, hiring risks, and market insights with stakeholders
Requirements
At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across agency, corporate, or blended environments
Experience hiring for corporate, technology, and operations roles preferred
Strong ability to manage multiple active requisitions while delivering results in fast-paced or high-priority hiring settings
Proven success in direct sourcing and building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a matrixed organization
Experience using Workday or a similar applicant tracking system preferred
Hands-on expertise in talent acquisition, full-cycle recruiting, and talent sourcing
