Job Responsibility:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and extending offers
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs and identify top talent
Craft engaging job postings and recruitment content that attracts the right candidates
Build strong candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, outreach, and social media
Deliver a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success
Maintain accurate records and workflows within the applicant tracking system
Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and community networking opportunities
Track recruiting metrics and continuously look for ways to improve the hiring process
Requirements:
Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or staffing (agency or internal)
Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in people
Ability to manage multiple openings while staying organized and upbeat
Comfort working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a passion for finding the right fit
