Linnify is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our hiring process end-to-end. You’ll manage inbound applications, proactively source candidates, and work closely with leadership and teams to bring the right people into Linnify. This is a hybrid role based in Cluj-Napoca, combining the flexibility of remote work with the energy of in-person collaboration.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound applications and manage the recruitment pipeline
Proactively reach out to candidates via LinkedIn and your professional network
Own the recruitment process from first contact through offer and hiring
Work directly with leadership to assess candidate fit and hiring needs
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams involved in interviews
Support the creation and alignment of job descriptions with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain an active talent pool for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a smooth, transparent, and engaging candidate experience
Apply AI-supported tools and workflows to simplify sourcing and screening
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR, recruitment, or community management
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or hiring coordination
Strong understanding of software and engineering roles (through studies or professional exposure)
Experience in IT, Software Development, Data & AI, or similar technology-driven environments
Comfort working directly with leadership and cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills and good judgment in evaluating candidates
Organized, reliable, and able to take full ownership of the recruitment flow
Verifiable strong professional network is a plus
Ability to implement AI-driven methodologies for talent sourcing and talent management
LinkedIn sourcing and outbound outreach
Network-based recruiting strategies
Recruitment tools for pipeline tracking
AI-supported screening and workflow automation tools
Structured and process-driven approach, balancing speed with quality execution
Clear communication and strong people skills
Proactive ownership and accountability for end-to-end recruitment outcomes
High emotional intelligence, empathy, and ability to build trust with candidates
Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive hiring information
Collaborative mindset across teams
Strong judgment in assessing both skills and culture fit
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Romanian
