Our client, a financial investment firm, is seeking a temporary part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their dynamic office in Washington, DC!
Job Responsibility:
Partner with recruiters to develop strategic recruiting plans and build candidate pipelines for niche candidates
Utilize the ATS and sourcing platforms to source candidates for hard to place regional markets
Conduct candidate outreach to confirm interest in positions
Support the vetting of candidates before passing them to recruiters
Support talent acquisition and recruitment with additional tasks as required
Requirements:
5+ years of talent acquisition experience are required
A bachelor's degree in HR, communications, or a related field is required
Proficiencies with MS Office, ATS, and recruitment tools are required
Outgoing and professional with excellent communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience sourcing candidates for hard to fill or niche roles is highly desired
Mission-aligned with the organization's values
Prior experience supporting niche or hard to fill roles
