As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and managing top talent in the market, ensuring that TEKEVER continues to grow with a brilliant team.
Job Responsibility:
Developing creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top professionals in the fields of technology, engineering, and innovation
Assisting in the creation and promotion of job advertisements across various platforms
Managing and optimising the recruitment process
Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates
Strengthening TEKEVER’s employer brand by promoting the company’s culture and values to candidates and recruitment partners
Support on Onboarding functions
Requirements:
Degree in Sociology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields
Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google tools
Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages
Passion for technology and innovation, with an interest in applying technological solutions in the context of human resources
Strong interest in recruitment and talent management
Resilient profile with a positive, dynamic attitude and a results-driven approach
Ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Available to work 100% on site in Toulouse/Cahors
