As Talent Acquisition Specialist your responsability is to keep building and scaling our organization. You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting including partnering with hiring managers to establish hiring requirements, sourcing, recruiting, closing and delivering exceptional candidate experience as well as the onboarding process and TA global projects
Job Responsibility:
Handle full-cycle recruitment efforts in Mexico while creating collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and other creative means to build a strong candidate pipeline and fill positions in a timely manner
Maintain accurate candidate records within our ATS (SmartRecruiters), screen candidates and coordinate candidate interviews
Perform candidate close, negotiation, reference checks and document verification and onboarding
Closely partner with the People Px and Ops team in seeking new ways to streamline our hiring processes and attract talent
Have an ability to work independently within a fast-paced team and is passionate about helping candidates transition into new careers at DocPlanner
Welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding kits and an office tour. Introducing new hires to their team members. Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed. Detailing all new hires' initial tasks and answering any queries
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Economic/Admin)
4+ years of experience working as an in-house recruiter with high volume in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with TA metrics / Delivering results with data
2+ years experience working within an ATS
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
Willing to work from our Mexico City office days per week
