Job Description:

IQM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team, focused on full-cycle recruiting across political, healthcare, and enterprise sales, as well as Client Success, Product, Marketing, and Technology teams. The ideal candidate brings Ad Tech recruiting experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and excels at managing multiple priorities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across sales and cross-functional roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities
  • Proactively source, assess, and close top talent
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
  • Manage multiple open roles while meeting hiring timelines
  • Provide hiring insights and updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Ad Tech and Sales
  • Proven experience recruiting enterprise-level sales talent
  • Familiarity with the Ad Tech ecosystem
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience recruiting for political or healthcare organizations
  • Experience recruiting Client Success, Product, Marketing, or Technology roles
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments
