IQM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team, focused on full-cycle recruiting across political, healthcare, and enterprise sales, as well as Client Success, Product, Marketing, and Technology teams. The ideal candidate brings Ad Tech recruiting experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and excels at managing multiple priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Own full-cycle recruiting across sales and cross-functional roles
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities
Proactively source, assess, and close top talent
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Manage multiple open roles while meeting hiring timelines
Provide hiring insights and updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
3–5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Ad Tech and Sales
