Job Description

Join BrightAnalytics as a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help find, onboard, and grow top-tier talent while refining recruitment strategies in a Fintech scale-up. You will be based in Stockholm, integrated with the Belgian HR team, and focus on finding talent in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.

Job Responsibility

  • Full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with transparent communication
  • Use ATS to optimize the funnel and report on hiring trends
  • Assist the Belgian HR team with onboarding and Nordic-specific HR questions
  • Work in partnership with Belgian HR team through weekly syncs

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), preferably in a fast-paced tech or sales environment
  • Hunter mentality to find talent outside of LinkedIn
  • Hybrid mindset enjoying the people side and administration
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where initiative is rewarded
