As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you do more than just fill roles—you become a strategic partner to our managers, helping build the teams of tomorrow. Your daily mission? Managing the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced industrial and logistics sector. You will leverage your human resources expertise to scout top talent and advise leadership on the best hiring strategies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Acting as an expert advisor to managers to optimize workforce planning
  • Creating innovative recruitment marketing tactics to boost the employer brand
  • Building and maintaining strategic talent pools for the organization's future needs
  • Analyzing human resources market trends and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conducting field visits to stay connected with the operational realities of different districts

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience
  • Fully bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written
  • Experience in the industrial, logistics, or transportation sectors (a strong asset)
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required for travel
  • Relevant education in human resources or management
