Job Responsibility:
Managing the full recruitment cycle with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Acting as an expert advisor to managers to optimize workforce planning
Creating innovative recruitment marketing tactics to boost the employer brand
Building and maintaining strategic talent pools for the organization's future needs
Analyzing human resources market trends and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Conducting field visits to stay connected with the operational realities of different districts
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience
Fully bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written
Experience in the industrial, logistics, or transportation sectors (a strong asset)
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required for travel
Relevant education in human resources or management
