We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team, based at our head office in the East end of Montreal. This is a contract position for a maternity leave replacement. As part of a dynamic team of five talent acquisition specialists, you will play a key role in identifying and recruiting top talent for a variety of positions across the organization. This role operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, where managing multiple requisitions simultaneously is essential. You will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of roles and must demonstrate agility, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail to effectively meet business needs within tight timelines. While recruitment will represent a significant portion of your responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to various talent acquisition projects and initiatives aligned with our People & Culture strategic plan and your professional aspirations.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a high-volume environment
demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships
