You will be joining the US recruitment team and be based in either Boston, Chicago or Denver, primarily responsible for recruiting people into technology and consulting across the United States. You will be accountable for owning and delivering on our key initiatives including increasing direct hires and brand awareness in our markets by designing innovative attraction campaigns, LinkedIn direct sourcing and being an advocate for our employer brand both internally and externally.
Job Responsibility:
Own and deliver on key initiatives including increasing direct hires and brand awareness
Design innovative attraction campaigns
Act as an advocate for employer brand
Manage candidates and ensure they feel supported and engaged
Work with stakeholders to build a bird's eye view of talent needs
Develop delivery strategy with recruitment team and hiring managers
Design innovative sourcing strategies across online, offline and social channels
Deliver market insight and intelligence
Be a champion of candidate experience
Requirements:
Direct recruitment experience with a blend of Technology and Consulting, specifically within an in-house environment
Proven sourcing capability and track record for unique and hard to find candidates
Confidence in ability to manage relationships with diverse and challenging stakeholders
Experience in navigating a complex matrixed environment
Expert in direct sourcing of passive candidates on LinkedIn
Proven experience in recruitment, selection and assessment tools/methods
