Job Responsibility
Responsible for processing Internal Transfer/Promotion application by arranging interviews and update HR systems
Responsible for recruitment process, e.g. post vacancies
Responsible for the weekly and monthly reports (interview schedule and process, interview results, etc) and update staffing timely
Responsible for recruitment channel information update, include WeChat, website, employee notice board and weekly incoming employees report
Responsible for Interns recruitment, relationship with schools and interns’ management
Responsible for creating and continually enlarge Talent Pool
Responsible for recruitment data analysis to come out more effective talent acquisition proposal
Assist to make the annual recruitment plan and take action
Responsible for outsource labor and part-time management
Responsible for Locker, Shift Dormitory allocation and daily maintenance, perform the daily walk through with other P&C team members and give the feedback to Director of P&C
Responsible for Irregular Working Hour application and renewal
Ensure all confidential information related to employees are well kept
Maintain harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers and supervisors
Assist in other areas of the People and Culture office as needed
Perform any other tasks assigned by direct manager
Requirements
University degree or equivalence
2 year working experience at the same position in 5-star international hotel
Being calm and patient and be of service passion
Requires knowledge of the basic ability to operate computer
Good oral communication skill in Chinese & English
Basic English business writing skill
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Logic, eye for details, approachable and willing to help
