We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts for an organization based in Woodbury, Minnesota. This role is well suited for an early-career recruiting specialist who enjoys building candidate pipelines, coordinating hiring activities, and creating a positive experience for applicants and hiring teams. The position will contribute across sourcing, screening, and talent branding while helping maintain organized and efficient recruitment processes.
Job Responsibility
Source and identify candidates with relevant experience through job boards, networking channels, referrals, and other recruiting resources
Support full-cycle recruitment activities by assisting with job postings, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and follow-up communication
Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and align recruiting efforts with business goals
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment updates, and hiring documentation within the applicant tracking process
Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate screenings to help determine alignment with role requirements
Promote the employer brand by delivering a positive candidate experience and representing the organization effectively in the market
Help improve recruiting workflows and provide administrative support for talent acquisition and broader HR activities when needed
Requirements
Experience or academic exposure in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, human resources, or a related function
Understanding of full-cycle recruiting concepts, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication
Ability to identify talent through multiple sourcing methods and maintain organized candidate pipelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal teams
Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with standard business software and comfort learning recruiting or HR systems
Interest in corporate recruiting and talent branding with a customer-focused mindset
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
