Job Description:

Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, and working with hiring managers to define recruitment processes in a fast-growing tech environment.

Job Responsibility:

Identify and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews, and coordination with the hiring teams
Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process
Provide a world-class candidate experience
Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
Spread the Fever message by attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc.
Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth

Requirements:

+3 years of experience, preferably including in-house within a similar tech or related industry player
A degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or similar field
C1 or Native English and Spanish level
Experience working with ATS systems
A solid understanding of Fever's vision, business model, and operations
Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships

Nice to have:

Experience in a fast-growing tech environment
Other languages besides English and Spanish
