Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring efforts for a growing organization in Minnesota. This contract position is well suited for someone who enjoys building candidate pipelines, coordinating recruitment activities, and creating a positive experience for applicants and hiring teams. The role offers the opportunity to contribute across multiple stages of the hiring process while helping strengthen the company's employer presence in the market.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage recruitment activities from initial job posting through offer coordination, keeping the process organized and timely
  • Identify and engage prospective candidates through sourcing channels, talent databases, and networking platforms
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, candidate profiles, and interview expectations
  • Screen applicants to evaluate qualifications, interest, and alignment with position requirements before advancing them in the process
  • Coordinate interviews, maintain communication with candidates, and ensure a smooth experience throughout each hiring stage
  • Support employer branding efforts by helping present the organization consistently and effectively to prospective talent
  • Track recruitment progress, maintain accurate hiring records, and prepare updates on pipeline activity and candidate status

Requirements

  • Experience or foundational knowledge in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or human resources support
  • Understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer support
  • Ability to source candidates effectively using online tools, job boards, and relevant networks
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple openings and recruitment tasks
  • Familiarity with corporate recruiting environments and fast-moving hiring needs
  • Ability to represent the employer brand positively and contribute to a positive candidate experience
