Job Responsibility:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop effective hiring strategies
Create engaging job postings that attract top talent
Build and maintain candidate pipelines through referrals, outreach, networking, and social recruiting
Deliver a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires
Keep applicant tracking system records accurate and up to date
Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives
Monitor recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve processes
Requirements:
Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, staffing, or human resources
Strong communication skills with a people‑first approach
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
Comfortable using ATS platforms and recruiting tools
