As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will improve SpotOn’s recruiting strategy by succeeding in a wide spectrum of initiatives; including, but not limited to, delivery on + sharing of daily sourcing tactics, strategic management of high-volume requisitions with our Regional Sales Leadership, and planning strategic recruiting initiatives that help our teams grow in new, fun, and creative ways. Job Responsibility:
Help source and generate top-of-funnel activity for all levels of talent in our Sales organization (Inside, Outside, and Operations)
Deliver on full-cycle recruiting efforts, from outreach to offer, to meet or exceed hiring targets
Monitor and measure success and the overall ROI on all recruiting activities and spearhead initiatives that support hiring and conversion initiatives
Execute along-side some of the best talent developers in the FinTech space and learn from them, while also offering "best practices" from your past experience + as your acumen grows
Build strong relationships with managers internally to run hiring manager trainings and serve as a SME resource as needed
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver talent brand collateral to all events
Requirements:
3+ years related experience in sourcing, recruiting and/or university relations
Willing to come into our Chicago office 3+ days per week
Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, preferably high-volume sales recruiting
Experience partnering closely with hiring teams and senior leaders, acting as a subject matter expert to develop and execute recruiting strategies
Ability to work cross-functionally and make recommendations and drive solutions based on data
Demonstrated creativity and ability to "find talent everywhere"
Ability to deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
Excellent interpersonal skills, can-do attitude, and ability to develop relationships within and outside of SpotOn
