Your responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Drive end-to-end talent acquisition for key functions such as Technology, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Growth. Advanced Sourcing Techniques: Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Moka/Workable), and niche platforms to identify and engage top talent proactively. Crypto/Web3 Talent Pipeline: Build and manage a strong talent pool tailored to the Cryptocurrency and Web3 space, maintaining ongoing relationships with potential candidates. Strategic Hiring Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and role specifics for accurate and effective candidate placement. Market Intelligence & Process Improvement: Monitor industry talent trends and competitors while continuously refining recruitment strategies and processes for better efficiency and outcomes.
