As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll manage the entire recruitment cycle for Business Support profiles within Sopra Steria. Collaborate with internal teams and participate in initiatives to enhance employer branding and recruitment processes. Develop expertise in target recruitment groups and deliver tailored candidate reports.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment process within the Business Services Agency
targets Business Support profiles including Compliance Analysts (KYC & AML), Administrative Officers, Customer Service Officers, and Commercial Officers
recruitment process includes publication of vacancies, CV screening, 1st interview, feedback to candidates, assessments, contract negotiations, and onboarding
sources candidates proactively through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, job fairs, and networking
presents clear and detailed candidate reports
participates in employer branding and process improvement initiatives
provides trends, market information, and other data within the target groups to be recruited.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, either in-house or at a recruitment agency
naturally structured, curious, and enjoys digging deeper into CVs and interviews
comfortable speaking with a wide variety of profiles, often with non-technical backgrounds
ability to assess both soft skills and motivation just as well as hard skills
fluent in Dutch and French, with the ability to switch to English for internal communication
results-oriented and able to change gear quickly in a dynamic environment
flexible and able to work from both offices in Strombeek-Bever and Diegem
general interest in IT or technological innovation
prior experience with ATS systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters), Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
