We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage end to end hiring for technical and non technical roles. The candidate will work closely with hiring managers, drive effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and vendors
Screening and review of profiles from multiple sources and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
Maintain accurate data and tracking in ATS/Workday
Support Offer roll outs, candidate engagement and fulfil hiring requirements
Coordinate pre‑joining and onboarding formalities
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics as required
Support employer branding and hiring initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or MBA
3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience hiring technical roles in automotive domain is preferred
Strong stakeholder and communication skills
Hands‑on experience with ATS (Workday preferred)
Good sourcing and screening capabilities
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
