As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take responsibility for the quality of our IT recruitment process. To excel in the role, you will need to have a clear and methodical way of working and great communication skills.
Job Responsibility:
Build up resources for searching suitable candidates for Company’s vacancies and make effective IT recruitment plan. Suggest and use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Forum)
Actively propose and participate the implementation of recruitment solutions, sourcing initiatives and talent mapping
Execute assigned monthly/quarterly IT recruitment plan of the team and achieve the highest fulfillment rate while ensuring quality of new hire
Manage recruitment channels, plan and arrange interviews, tests
Regularly provide update on recruitment progress and actively analyze weekly/monthly recruitment results to have suitable planning and solutions to fulfill the recruitment need
Manage and update company career social channels
Research and work on partnership opportunities and programmes to enhance our employer brand
Design and implement talent programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage the Company‘s talent pool. Evaluate and provide reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization‘s talent strategies
Monitor, track and optimise the effectiveness of partnerships and programmes
Design, plan, execute, monitor and manage engagement projects and internal events
Organize and coordinate relevant training sessions / programmes
Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related major
At least 1 years of experience in IT recruitment
Great people skills and capability to work in an ambitious team
An innovative and creative approach to problem solving
Having intermediate English skills (good communication is a plus)
