Job Responsibility:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top-tier talent
Partnering with department heads to identify hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles
Designing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Supporting the Learning & Development strategy by identifying training needs during the recruitment and integration phases
Coordinating internal training sessions and professional development initiatives for current employees
Building a sustainable talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking
Managing the administrative aspects of the hiring and onboarding journey
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the construction
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in a similar recruitment role
Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken
Proficiency in MS Office and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
