We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across both technical and non-technical roles. In this role, you will collaborate closely with department heads and project managers to understand hiring needs, drive effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. From crafting compelling job descriptions to coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and maintaining talent pipelines, you will play a key role in building a strong workforce while upholding recruitment best practices and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles
Understand hiring requirements from department heads and project managers
Prepare and publish job descriptions on job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate fit
Coordinate technical interviews with development and delivery teams
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups with hiring managers
Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts
Maintain candidate pipeline and talent pool for future hiring needs
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment processes
Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms
Maintain and update recruitment records in ATS or HR systems
Requirements:
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and similar platforms
Understanding of IT roles and technologies
Ability to perform Boolean search for candidate sourcing
Experience with resume screening tools and recruitment databases
Basic knowledge of HRMS systems and recruitment dashboards
Ability to manage recruitment pipelines and candidate databases
Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent candidate engagement and relationship-building ability
