Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Full-cycle Recruitment: Ownership from A to Z—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing the deal
• Candidate Experience: You ensure every candidate feels the 'Bright' energy, through transparent and swift communication
• Data-Driven Growth: Use our ATS to optimize the funnel and report on hiring trends
• HR Support: Beyond recruitment, you'll assist the Belgian team with onboarding and Nordic-specific HR questions
• HR Cooperation & Integration: You aren't an island in Stockholm. You will be a fully integrated member of our Belgian HR team, working in high-synergy partnership with your colleagues in Belgium through weekly syncs to align on global standards and share best practices

• Relevant experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), preferably in a fast-paced tech or sales environment
• Hunter Mentality: You know where to find talent outside of LinkedIn and aren't afraid to reach out
• Hybrid Mindset: You enjoy the 'people side' of recruitment but are also diligent with contracts and administration
• Language: You are fluent in Swedish and English
• Culture Fit: You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where initiative is rewarded

Knowledge of other Nordic languages is a big plus
