We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring efforts in Morrisville, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a recruiting specialist who can manage the full hiring lifecycle, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a high-quality experience for both hiring teams and applicants. The role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, interviewing, and talent branding while partnering closely with the business to meet ongoing workforce needs.
Job Responsibility
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through offer coordination and onboarding support
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings using direct outreach, networking, and market research
Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and guide efficient selection processes
Conduct candidate screening and interview coordination while assessing qualifications, experience, and overall fit for assigned positions
Promote the employer brand through thoughtful candidate engagement and strong representation in the market
Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate records, and support reporting within Oracle and other hiring systems as needed
Recommend process improvements that strengthen hiring outcomes, streamline workflows, and enhance the candidate experience
Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition, corporate recruiting, or full-cycle recruitment
Strong capability in talent sourcing across multiple channels and candidate markets
Experience conducting candidate interviews and managing hiring processes from requisition to offer
Ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers and other business stakeholders
Familiarity with employer branding concepts and candidate engagement best practices
Working knowledge of Oracle or similar applicant tracking and recruiting platforms
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
