Job Description:

Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a high-volume recruitment drive across operational and customer-facing roles. This is a key temporary role within a fast-paced, stakeholder-focused environment, ideal for someone who thrives in mass recruitment and enjoys building strong internal relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for a large volume of vacancies, ensuring timely and effective hiring
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and internal talent pools
Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Maintain accurate records and reporting via the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Support recruitment campaigns and events to attract diverse and skilled talent
Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges

Requirements:

Strong background in high-volume or mass recruitment
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
