We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a temporary (6-month contract). In this role, you will oversee the full recruitment life cycle for positions. You’ll collaborate closely with HR Managers, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and the Regional Center of Excellence teams to attract, evaluate, and secure high-caliber talent—delivering a positive, inclusive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition to extending job offers
Assist with requisition creation and approval workflows in SAP SuccessFactors
Design and execute sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, social media, and talent networks
Facilitate structured interviews and assess candidate competencies
Coordinate interview schedules, logistics, and timely feedback
Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with talent needs and market developments
Serve as a subject matter expert on hiring best practices and internal recruitment procedures
Provide guidance to new hiring managers on recruitment protocols and behavioral interviewing techniques
Champion a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
Represent the company at job fairs and university recruitment events
Advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process
Ensure data integrity in SAP SuccessFactors throughout the recruitment process
Utilize dashboards to track and analyze recruitment KPIs, supporting ongoing process improvements
Collaborate on global and regional initiatives related to process optimization and digital transformation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline
At least 3 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment
Demonstrated success managing 20+ requisitions across various functions (e.g., Field Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Safety, Quality, Finance, R& D)
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, HireRight, MS Office 365, and MS Teams
Experience using sourcing platforms (such as LinkedIn, Indeed) and assessment tools (e.g., PI)
