Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead their end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include sourcing talent, innovating strategies to attract candidates, and promoting the company's strong brand ethos. Proven internal recruitment experience is essential, as well as familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.

Job Responsibility:

Take charge of the entire Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike
utilise a variety of sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates who align with the client's brand values
Continuously brainstorm and implement new ways to attract external candidates
Articulate the strong brand ethos and promote the unique company culture
Use Workday daily to manage recruitment processes
Review CVs, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and People Business Partners
Manage relationships with specialist agencies, universities, and job boards.

Requirements:

Proven internal recruitment experience is essential
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage talent effectively
A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results
Strong communication skills with a people-first approach, ensuring positive interactions with candidates and stakeholders.
