Highly administrative and candidate experience focused role. We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Ipswich to join our supportive, nationally dispersed team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in our organisation’s growth by delivering end-to-end recruitment. You’ll partner with leaders to attract and secure great talent - with a focus on the full recruitment lifecycle.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinating interviews across multiple hiring managers and vacancies
Managing candidate communication, inboxes and calendars
Posting job ads and managing applications through our ATS
Preparing interview packs, documentation and recruitment records
Conducting reference checks and supporting offer documentation
Maintaining accurate data and records across recruitment systems
Following established processes to ensure consistency and compliance
Supporting the recruitment team and hiring leaders with day-to-day coordination
Requirements:
Experience in an administration, coordination or recruitment support role
Ability to manage high volumes of emails, requests and competing priorities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data
Confident using systems such as ATS, HRIS, Outlook and Excel
Professional communication skills when dealing with candidates and managers
Ability to work autonomously and follow processes without close supervision
Comfortable handling confidential information
Reliable, responsive and highly organised in your approach to work
