As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sopra Steria, you play a key role in the company's growth, focusing on sourcing and hiring IT experts and consultants while actively contributing to employer branding initiatives. You will work closely with colleagues and business leaders, leveraging the latest recruitment tools and market data.
Job Responsibility:
Creation and publication of vacancies, CV screening, 1st interview and feedback to candidates
Participation in job and school fairs, meet-ups, and other events
Active contribution to employer branding through recruitment campaigns in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Lead
Using the latest recruitment tools and switching effectively between colleagues and the business
Becoming an expert on target groups and providing the business with trends, market information, and other relevant data within target groups
Sourcing the best candidates and building a solid recruitment funnel
Requirements:
At least 3 year of demonstrable work experience in recruitment, preferably in IT recruitment
You speak English, Dutch or French
You enjoy the challenge of looking for the right IT profiles through various channels
You feel at home in an IT environment
You like networking and maintaining relationships
You are a team player, but you can also work independently
You are flexible and know how to come up with creative solutions to get your target group moving
You are results-oriented and can change gear quickly in a dynamic environment
You understand that thorough research within the labour market is necessary to arrive at the right approaches
