Job Description

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of roles. In this position, you’ll work closely with multiple departments especially our R&D teams, located mainly in Israel and Romania to attract and hire top technical talent. You’ll manage the entire hiring process end-to-end while building strong partnerships with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth, high-quality candidate experience. This role is key to supporting our growth and helping us scale effectively. Please Note– This is a maternity leave replacement for 10 months.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the full recruitment cycle from kick-off with hiring managers to sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, closing, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple roles across different departments simultaneously
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop innovative engagement strategies and implement consistent processes that attract the right talent aligned with Global-e business needs
  • Bring an in-depth knowledge of the Technology recruitment
  • Source and engage candidates, using strategic, creative, and innovative sourcing approaches leveraging multiple channels
  • Prioritize a high-quality candidate experience, treating each applicant whether referred, sourced, or inbound with equal care and attention
  • Use data-driven insights to advise hiring teams on recruitment strategies, optimize the hiring process, and ensure we attract the right talent efficiently

Requirements

  • 2-5 Years experience as a recruiter
  • Experience with technical recruiting- Must
  • Experience in global recruiting – Strong advantage
  • Strong interview capabilities, with an ability to assess both technical and cultural fit
  • Experience in creating innovative recruitment strategies to find and attract passive candidates
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Data-driven approach, with experience analyzing recruitment metrics and adapting strategies to drive better outcomes
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken
  • Fluent in Romanian – advantage
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (Comeet experience is a plus)
