Job Description:

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Your work in this role directly contributes to the shape and culture of the company as we scale. This role will sit within the Talent Acquisition team and reports to Sara Sharif the Head of HQ. You'll also work with the Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers to develop position briefs and oversee the entire recruitment process. This includes working with recruitment tools, sourcing, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and briefing with relevant internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Source world class talent
  • Develop genuine and engaging relationships
  • Manage all aspects of inbound recruitment
  • Complete the Procreate onboarding process and get to know your colleagues
  • Develop a strong understanding of our organisational structure, priorities, and culture
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and team members
  • Work on open requisitions and familiarise with our internal tools, systems and processes
  • Manage end to end recruitment life cycle

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical sourcing and competence in managing the end to end recruitment lifecycle
  • Proven success in sourcing and placing software engineers, designers and other technical roles in Technology businesses
  • Competence in managing the end to end recruitment lifecycle, from role discovery briefs with hiring managers to drafting job specs, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and closing
  • Communication - leading with empathy, adept at distilling and articulating information
  • Inquisitive, curious and mature
  • Ability in creative problem solving, prioritise and adapt to change
