Job Responsibility:
Sourcing Candidates: Proactively seeking and identifying qualified candidates through various sourcing methods
Job Posting: Crafting compelling job postings to attract top talent
Full Interview Schedule: Managing the complete interview process, from scheduling to feedback collection
Candidate Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates
Candidate Evaluation: Endorsing top-tier candidates and verifying that they meet particular requirements
Interview Coordination: Efficiently coordinating interview logistics, including travel and accommodations if necessary
Requirements:
A computer with dual monitor setup is required
Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
