Job Description:

SRG are delighted to once again be working with one of Scotland's leading science innovators as they continue to expand their operations team. As part of (and to support) continued growth they are looking to bring in an experienced talent acquisition/recruitment specialist.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical and non-technical positions
  • Working closely with hiring managers and the wider people operations team you will manage advertising, applications, outreach, interviews, offers and onboarding ensuring a smooth process for all candidates
  • Communicating with already established external recruitment partners

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a recruitment focussed position
  • Demonstrable experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Demonstrable experience of senior stakeholder engagement
  • Prior experience recruiting STEM professionals
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience working as part of a small people operations (HR) team
  • Time spent in internal recruitment/talent acquisition positions
  • Qualifications in Human Resources (or similar)
  • Qualification in a STEM subject (or similar)
