We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is ready to take on meaningful ownership and help us continue to build and evolve our recruiting function. This role will support a mix of high-volume and specialized hiring across the business. You will partner closely with hiring managers, own full lifecycle recruiting, and play a key role in shaping how we hire as we scale. We are currently in the middle of implementing a new ATS and reworking our recruiting processes and procedures. This is a build environment, not a fully structured one. The right person will be excited to help create, test, and improve how we operate.
Job Responsibility:
Own full lifecycle recruiting across a mix of high-volume and specialized roles
Manage multiple requisitions at once while maintaining speed, quality, and strong candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
Keep accurate and up-to-date activity in the ATS
Drive clear communication with stakeholders on pipeline health, progress, and risks
Support interview coordination and help drive structured, effective interview processes
Contribute to building and improving recruiting processes, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or similar environment
Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring while also supporting more specialized roles
Experience with full lifecycle recruiting, from intake through offer
Strong sourcing skills, with LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience working in an ATS (Workable is a plus)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment based in the Tempe, AZ office
Excited by building, improving, and operating in environments that are still taking shape
Experience recruiting in the TPA, healthcare, or wellbeing space preferred
Experience supporting teams in a scaling or transformation environment
Exposure to ATS implementations or process redesign
