Job Responsibility:
End to end candidate management including the below
Actively sourcing and screening candidates with various assessment tools
Conducting interviews and assessing candidates to present to the client
Participating in meeting with clients to discuss job specifications
Supporting clients with the interview coordination
Creating and increasing a strong talent pool to support efficiently various projects
Taking initiatives to support the growth of our Business
Working as a true Randstad ambassador, promoting our values and professionalism
Requirements:
Proven work experience in customer service or junior hr positions would be considered as an asset
Passionate for recruitment
Goal-oriented and determined
Team player
Eager to succeed, striving for excellence
Drive to continuously evolve & develop your skillset
A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or any relevant degree
Excellent communication skills, in both Greek & English
Previous experience in a similar role or any other customer service role
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects
Excellent multitasking skills along with a personable/professional approach
Previous experience on social media platforms and especially LinkedIn
Ability to use and take advantage of the tech tools Randstad offers
