As their Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are the engine behind their growth. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all outlets, ensuring all are always staffed with high-energy, service-oriented promoters and floor staff. You bridge the gap between high-volume hiring needs and precise HR administration.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all outlets
Proactively "hunt" for talent beyond just posting ads
Utilize social media and local community networks to find energetic candidates
Manage the pipeline from attractive job posting to the initial "vibe-check" screening calls
Organize and lead "Hiring Open Days" at outlets
Work with Outlet Managers to forecast staffing gaps
Manage the "final stage" interviews between candidates and Managers
Track and analyze recruiting metrics
Provide market intelligence
Implement recruitment best practices
Prepare "New Hire Packs" for the HR team
Maintain a live recruitment tracker
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
Experience in Retail, F&B, or Hospitality is highly preferred
Must be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay
Comfortable using HRMS, recruitment portals, and social media for sourcing
