Job Description:

As their Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are the engine behind their growth. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all outlets, ensuring all are always staffed with high-energy, service-oriented promoters and floor staff. You bridge the gap between high-volume hiring needs and precise HR administration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all outlets
  • Proactively "hunt" for talent beyond just posting ads
  • Utilize social media and local community networks to find energetic candidates
  • Manage the pipeline from attractive job posting to the initial "vibe-check" screening calls
  • Organize and lead "Hiring Open Days" at outlets
  • Work with Outlet Managers to forecast staffing gaps
  • Manage the "final stage" interviews between candidates and Managers
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics
  • Provide market intelligence
  • Implement recruitment best practices
  • Prepare "New Hire Packs" for the HR team
  • Maintain a live recruitment tracker

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Experience in Retail, F&B, or Hospitality is highly preferred
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay
  • Comfortable using HRMS, recruitment portals, and social media for sourcing
  • A "hunter" mentality
