Job Description

This role is responsible for full‑cycle recruiting support, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and deliver qualified talent. The recruiter sources, screens, interviews, and recommends candidates while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws and internal staffing policies.

Job Responsibility

  • Full‑cycle recruiting support, partnering closely with hiring managers
  • Proactively source candidates through applicant tracking systems, databases, networking, referrals, cold outreach, recruiting firms, job boards, and campus or community events
  • Conduct candidate interviews, evaluate qualifications, verify licensing or eligibility requirements, and manage reference and background checks
  • Coordinate interviews and travel as needed, communicate employment opportunities, offers, and rejections, and maintain accurate employment records
  • Advise hiring managers and employees on staffing policies, recruitment strategies, and retention programs
  • Support job fairs and hiring events
  • Evaluate recruitment processes for effectiveness and compliance
  • May participate on selection or examination boards
  • May assist with recruitment budgeting, oversee clerical recruiting support, and represent the organization at conferences or community outreach events

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Talent Acquisition or full‑cycle recruiting experience
  • Ability to proactively source and engage active and passive candidates
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with hiring managers and candidates
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ATS tools
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Reliable, punctual attendance required

Nice to have

  • Experience with Taleo, Workday, or Phenom
  • High‑volume recruiting and hiring event experience
