Job Responsibility:

  • use various proactive recruiting strategies to source multilingual talents
  • conduct volume phone interviews with the candidates that result from your sourcing activities or candidates' applications
  • generate interest in clients' multilingual vacancies & evaluate candidates’ motivation at a primary stage
  • investigate new sourcing channels creating job postings to them
  • enrich talent pipelines for our current & future recruitment needs
  • maintain & update candidate information on our database
  • execute necessary activities to support the growth of the specialty

Requirements:

  • Recruitment experience 1 year (preferably in multilingual recruitment) is mandatory
  • Passionate for corporate world & recruitment
  • Convenient with reporting, procedures & daily interaction via telephone
  • Goal-oriented & determined

  • Eager to succeed, striving for excellence
