Job Description

Silvus is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist, Manufacturing who will report to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist on the Recruiting and Talent Acquisition team to provide support for the Recruiting team throughout all stages of the full recruiting cycle efforts for all Manufacturing positions. The successful individual in this role will partner closely with hiring managers to help attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering a great candidate experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, which includes reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating interviews, and closing for a variety of manufacturing roles
  • Demonstrate the ability to successfully manage 10+ active requisitions while maintaining a high quality of hire
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create engaging job descriptions, help define efficient recruitment strategies, and continuously calibrate candidates and department needs
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through creative sourcing strategies, networking, and the use of various recruiting tools
  • Serve as the candidate's point of contact throughout the hiring process, ensuring the candidate has a positive experience with clear communication
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
  • Collaborate closely with our Human Resources team during the offer process and throughout the background checks
  • Provide updates and reporting on hiring activity
  • Assist with providing market and compensation analysis, as well as competitor insights, to help guide decision making for job postings as well as offers
  • Partner with the Recruiting team for project, process, and interview training
  • Assist with other administrative tasks or support other functions as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting within a technical industry, OR High School Diploma with 7 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting within a technical industry
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting within an agency or high-volume corporate recruiting environment with a focus on roles in manufacturing, defense, aerospace, or technology industries
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using an ATS system (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Dice, etc.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts
  • All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check.
