Join Our Dynamic Talent Acquisition Team at BAE Systems, Inc. Space & Mission Systems! We're seeking a skilled and highly motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis. As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent to drive our organization's success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute full-life-cycle recruitment responsibilities
  • Build our employment brand
  • Collaborate with Talent Advisors to provide a world-class hiring experience
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and outreach strategies
  • Build and maintain our employment brand through networking, social media, and community outreach
  • Maintain accountability for key recruitment metrics
  • Interface with BAE Systems SMS management and employees, communicating and interpreting established policies, procedures, and laws

Requirements:

  • BS/BA plus 2 years or more related experience

  • Prior recruiting experience within a technical organization or aerospace/defense industry

  • Willingness to travel locally and maintain confidentiality
