Job Responsibility:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume positions (skilled and unskilled labor)
Develop innovative sourcing strategies (social media, local events, community partnerships)
Collaborate closely with Site Managers to understand their specific operational needs
Ensure a seamless and memorable candidate experience, even in a high-volume context
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and analyze key recruitment metrics
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate), ideally in an industrial setting
Proven expertise in managing high-volume recruitment cycles
Bilingualism (English/French) is essential to collaborate across various locations
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
