Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the existing teams to address LumApps' HR challenges
  • Publish, update, and monitor job offers on our various job boards
  • Conduct sourcing/headhunting via LinkedIn to find the best profiles for LumApps
  • Evaluate received applications and conduct qualification interviews
  • Coordinate the entire recruitment process in French and/or English (organizing interviews, interacting with candidates and managers)
  • Contribute to the best possible candidate experience
  • Maintain and nurture our pool of qualified talents on our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Participate in or create video content about different roles or testimonials on various themes: interviewing people, defining and validating the script, shooting, etc
  • Propose content to be published on our internal communication platforms
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Communication team to disseminate creative messages on our social networks to raise brand awareness and position LumApps as an employer of choice

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international or fast-growing environment
  • People-oriented and solutions-driven mindset, focused on delivering a high-quality experience
  • Organized, reliable, proactive, and able to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with an ATS (We use Teamtailor)
  • Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a European or multi-country HR role
  • Experience working with external payroll and legal providers
