This fixed-term role as Talent Acquisition Specialist – Employer Branding & Marketing at BCG Prague focuses on strengthening the employer brand and executing impactful recruiting events. The position involves developing branding initiatives, managing event life cycles, collaborating with regional teams, and supporting recruitment processes. The role offers professional growth in a collaborative, international environment until December 2026.
Job Responsibility:
Strengthening BCG’s employer brand and driving impactful recruiting events across and beyond the region
Developing and executing Employer Branding initiatives—from comprehensive recruiting-event organization to employer communication on social media channels
Collaborating with counterparts within regional and global teams, ensuring that our messaging reflects BCG’s standards and strategic priorities
Planning and executing recruiting events and targeted promotion campaigns
Managing the full event life cycle—including concept development, budgeting, agenda design, logistics coordination, stakeholder alignment and communication, and post-event follow-up
Organizing profile-specific formats, such as dinners or meet-ups with candidates from non-business backgrounds
Maintaining and developing partnerships with universities and student societies
Supporting selected stages of the recruitment process, including interacting with candidates directly, coordinating interviews, and supporting in offer conversion
Representing the office in regional employer branding initiatives and contribute to cross-office collaboration, including D&I-related recruiting activities
Requirements:
Understanding of the Czech and broader European university landscape, including key student organizations and target programs
Completed relevant internships and gained initial work experience, e.g., in recruiting, marketing, digital marketing, and/or event planning, ideally in an international company
Strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to derive actionable insights
Excellent written and spoken Czech (or Slovak) and English language skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
