As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Employer Branding & Marketing, you will enhance BCG's employer brand and lead impactful recruiting events. This role requires a degree and ideally some experience in recruiting, marketing, or event planning. Key skills include Employer Branding, Event Planning, and Stakeholder Management. Proficiency in Czech and English is essential. You will manage the full event lifecycle, collaborate with regional teams, and support recruitment processes. This is a maternity cover position until December 2026, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and opportunities for professional development.
Job Responsibility
Develop and execute Employer Branding initiatives, including comprehensive recruiting-event organization and employer communication on social media channels
Collaborate with counterparts within regional and global teams
Plan and execute recruiting events and targeted promotion campaigns
Manage the full event life cycle, including concept development, budgeting, agenda design, logistics coordination, stakeholder alignment and communication, and post-event follow-up
Organize profile-specific formats, such as dinners or meet-ups with candidates
Maintain and develop partnerships with universities and student societies
Support selected stages of the recruitment process, including interacting with candidates directly, coordinating interviews, and supporting in offer conversion
Represent the office in regional employer branding initiatives and contribute to cross-office collaboration, including D&I-related recruiting activities
Requirements
Degree from a college or university
Understanding of the Czech and broader European university landscape, including key student organizations and target programs
Completed relevant internships and gained initial work experience, e.g., in recruiting, marketing, digital marketing, and/or event planning, ideally in an international company
Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data to derive actionable insights
Excellent written and spoken Czech (or Slovak) and English language skills
