In this dual strategic and field-based role, you will be the primary bridge between the company and universities, colleges, and technical schools. Job Responsibility

  • Plan, organize, and host the company’s presence at career fairs, campus days, and specialized events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with career services and student associations
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for interns and new graduate rotational programs
  • Create engaging social media content to strengthen the employer brand and industry attractiveness
  • Coordinate event logistics (promotional materials, booths, technical presentations)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or Event Management
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, event coordination, or HR marketing
  • Mobility required: Ability and willingness to travel frequently (valid driver's license is essential)
  • Excellent public speaking skills and a natural ability to network
  • Bilingualism (English/French) to cover all our operational regions
