• AI-Driven Sourcing: Utilize AI-powered sourcing platforms and tools to identify and engage both active and passive candidates from a global talent pool
• Strategy and Optimization: Develop and refine sourcing strategies based on data-driven insights from AI tools
• Candidate Engagement: Craft and deliver compelling, personalized outreach messages
• Talent Pipeline Management: Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand specific role requirements
• Bias Mitigation: Actively work to mitigate bias in the sourcing process
• Technology Adoption: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and recruitment technology

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience using AI-powered sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment technologies
• Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and semantic searches
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from sourcing tools to make informed decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting engaging outreach messages
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of the global talent market and experience in sourcing for an offshore hub is a plus
