The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner supports Aramark’s shift toward a proactive, insights‑driven sourcing model. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and nurturing talent for both immediate and future needs across multiple lines of business. The position requires agility to move between enterprise pipelining, requisition‑based sourcing, and data‑driven market intelligence based on business priorities. A successful Sourcing Partner will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be insights-driven and will draw on extensive knowledge on functional areas of the business and market knowledge to drive successful hiring outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Source and engage passive and active candidates for business‑critical and strategic roles
Build and maintain forward‑looking talent pipelines to anticipate future needs
Support urgent requisition‑based sourcing during periods of high demand
Deliver accurate market intelligence, competitive insights, and candidate trends to influence hiring decisions
Share qualified candidates across lines of business to reduce candidate waste and increase enterprise‑wide mobility
Partner closely with TA Partners, HR leaders, and business executives to understand talent needs and upcoming demand
Work closely with our lines of businesses to understand requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
Promote the employer brand through various channels to attract top talent
Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of candidate activity in ATS/CRM systems
Track and report on key sourcing metrics, such as conversion rates, offers, etc to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in recruitment
Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, MWL, Indeed, and niche platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting business needs
Strong communication and collaboration skills when partnering with TA and business stakeholders
Ability to translate market trends and candidate insights into actionable sourcing strategies
Detail orientation when managing pipelines, documentation, and sourcing workflows
