The role of the Global Business Center (GBC) Talent Acquisition Sourcer will work collaboratively with the recruiting teams and business leaders to identify and build talent pools enabling the proactive hiring of world-class talent across iRhythm. This role is responsible for the sourcing of candidates for assigned openings and building robust talent pipelines through a variety of search methods.
Job Responsibility:
Work collaboratively with the recruiting teams and business leaders to identify and build talent pools enabling the proactive hiring of world-class talent across iRhythm
Partner with the recruiting team to build a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels and partnerships
Establish talent pipelines through referral generation, using external professional networks and alternative search techniques to target, attract, and develop talent prospects
Requirements:
Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse and inclusive pools of talented candidates
Source using wide variety of tools: LinkedIn, Gem, boolean searches, social media, internet job boards, associations + groups, events, university alumni resources, and other creative search techniques
Develop an understanding of iRhythm's products, technology, market position, and employer value proposition to successfully identify and engage passive talent
Conduct research and stay abreast to understand the competitive landscape, candidate market and developments
Regularly track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data with internal stakeholders
Provide interview support to Hiring Managers when necessary
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
Abide by and perform to the best of your abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company
Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its authorized representatives
Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any representative of the Company
