Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Overland Park, Kansas, this role focuses on identifying and engaging top talent to fill critical positions within our organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at pipeline development, candidate outreach, and leveraging sourcing strategies to attract experienced professionals.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure readiness for current and future hiring needs
Conduct outreach to potential candidates, fostering relationships to identify top talent
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing efforts
Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the expectations of the job
Manage candidate data and interactions within an applicant tracking system (ATS)
Stay up-to-date with market trends and sourcing tools to enhance recruitment strategies
Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and pipeline status
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve overall recruitment processes

Requirements:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing and engagement
Strong expertise in corporate recruiting and sourcing strategies
Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates effectively
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and data management
Ability to perform Boolean searches and use advanced sourcing techniques
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
Knowledge of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition
